  1. 500g rolled oats

  2. grated zest 1 lemon

  3. juice 1 lemon

  4. 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and grated (leave skin on)

  5. 1 cup unsweetened cranberry or apple juice

  6. 3 tablespoons warmed honey or to taste

  7. 250g chopped unsalted nuts of choice

  8. x 500g box Creative Gourmet frozen Raspberries

  9. 1 cup yoghurt or thickened cream

  1. Combine oats, lemon zest, lemon juice, apple, cranberry juice, honey and nuts in a large bowl or airtight container.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. To serve, partially thaw raspberries and fold half into muesli with yoghurt or cream.

  4. Spoon into bowls, top with remaining raspberries and serve.

  5. Quick variation:

  6. Simply stir some Creative Gourmet partially thawed Raspberries into your favourite muesli. Serve with a few extra sprinkled on the top.

  7. Top tip: Great for a healthy breakfast. Use the 500g Creative Gourmet box frozen Raspberries as it's more economical and you can return the unused raspberries to the freezer for future use.
