  4. 1 Taco seasoning mix

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Ground cumin

  6. 1 Beans - pinto w/jalapenos,

  7. Black, etc. - (15 oz)

  8. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Frozen corn kernels

  9. 16-oz can whole kernel corn,

  10. Drained)

  11. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped green pepper

  12. 2 tablespoons 30ml Instant tapioca

  13. 1 Deluxe type macaroni and cheese

  14. Or shells and cheese

  15. Salt - to taste

  16. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a 3 1/2-quart or larger crock pot; cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.

  2. Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions and combine with crock pot mixture (may need a separate large bowl). Add salt and pepper as desired.

  3. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
