  2. 1 cup nonfat dry milk

  3. 1/2 teaspoon basil --

  4. 1 clove garlic

  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt -- dash of pepper

  6. 1/4 cup grated parmesan

  7. 1/2 cup diced zucchini

  8. 1/2 cup broccoli flowerettes

  9. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

  10. 1/4 cup chopped onions

  11. 1/4 cup frozen peas

  12. 1 ounce fat free ham -- julienned

  13. 1 tablespoon sliced pimentos

  14. 1 cup uncooked pasta twists

  1. In saucepan, boil milk, basil, salt and pepper. In cup mix cornstarch and water.

  2. Add to milk and boil, stirring constantly. Stir in parmesan and cover. Cook pasta according to package directions. In skillet, sauté‚garlic, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, onions and ham in oil until tender. Add peas, pimentos and pasta and heat.

  3. Pour sauce over, toss and serve immediately.
