  2. 1, 8 ounce, package medium egg noodles

  3. 2 pounds ground beef

  4. 1, 15 1/2 ounce, jar Ragu plain spaghetti sauce

  5. 1, 8 ounce, can tomato sauce

  6. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  7. Salt and pepper to taste

  8. 1, 12 ounce, container cottage cheese

  9. 8 ounces cream cheese

  10. 1/2 pint sour cream

  11. 3 or 4 green onions, chopped

  12. 1/2 cup,

  13. 1 stick, butter, melted

  1. Boil, drain and rinse noodles.

  2. Brown meat well.

  3. Add Ragu, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

  4. Let meat cook with sauce for a few minutes.

  5. In medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and green onions.

  6. Grease 2, 2 quart, casserole dishes.

  7. Place 1/4 noodles in each casserole.

  8. Pour a little melted butter over noodles.

  9. Add 1/2 cheese mixture to each casserole.

  10. Add remaining noodles.

  11. Drizzle with remaining butter and top with meat mixture.

  12. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 45 minutes.
