  1. 3 lbs pork ribs

  2. 3/4 cup Ketchup

  3. 1/2 cup liquid honey

  4. 3 tbsp. cider vinegar

  5. 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1 tsp. Dry mustard

  7. 6 garlic cloves minced

  8. salt and pepper

  1. Cut ribs into single pieces.

  2. Boil ribs, salt and pepper in a large pot until they are tender, but not falling apart.

  3. To make the sauce, combine all of the other ingredients in a large bowl. Coat the ribs as you are putting them on the grill. For about 10-15 minutes turning and coating with reserved sauce until browned.

  4. To make a freezer meal: Make the sauce in a large freezer bag and add ribs. Close the bag and coat ribs, then put them in the freezer. Thaw and grill when ready.
