  1. 2 3/4 cups old-fashioned oats or rolled barley

  2. 1/2 cup sliced almonds

  3. 1 1/3 cups Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla or creamy strawberry banana yogurt (from 2-lb container)

  4. 1 1/2 cups milk

  5. 1/4 cup ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal

  6. 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

  7. 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

  8. 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. On cookie sheet, spread oats and almonds. Bake 18 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown. Cool 15 minutes.

  2. In large bowl, mix yogurt and milk until well blended. Stir in toasted oat mixture and flaxseed. Spoon mixture into individual serving bowls. Top each serving with berries.
