  1. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Lean pork - chopped

  2. 1 1/2 cups 240g / 8 1/2oz Bean sprouts - chopped

  3. 1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7oz Cabbage - chopped

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Bamboo shoots - thinly sliced

  5. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Grated carrot

  6. 3 Mushrooms - chopped

  7. 3 Green onions - thin slice

  8. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  9. 2 Ginger - minced

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Soy sauce

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  12. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sesame oil

  13. 1 Pepper

  14. 8 Egg roll wrappers

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Fill egg roll wrappers.

  3. Fold in sides, roll, seal with water or egg white.

  4. Deep fry in HOT oil until brown. Remove and drain.

  5. This will make 6 to 12 depending on how much filling you use.
