  1. 3 cups flour

  2. 1 pk yeast

  3. 1 cup of warm water

  4. 1 T. sugar

  5. 2 T. olive oil

  6. Mix all ingredients together and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size. Cut dough in half and roll out thin. Put half in the bottom of a deep dish pizza pan and let edges hang over the sides.

  7. Filling:

  8. 4 cups fresh spinach leaves

  9. 1 c. mushrooms, sliced

  10. 1 c. shredded mozzarella

  11. 4 Italian sausages, cooked and cut in chunks

  12. romano and parmesan cheese, grated

  13. Layer these ingredients until you have filled the pizza pan.

  14. Put top dough on pizza. Roll the edges of the dough toward the center of the pan.

  15. Brush top with sauce, sprinkle with cheese, add fresh slices of tomato and minced basil.

  16. Brush edges of dough with egg-wash.

  17. 400 F for 35 minutes. Let set

  18. 10 minutes. Remove from pan with

  19. 2 spatulas onto plate.
