  6. 3 Cups drained sauerkraut

  7. 3/4 Cup apple juice

  8. 1 1/2 Teaspoons caraway seed

  9. 1/4 Teaspoon salt

  10. 1/4 Teaspoon thyme

  11. 1/4 Teaspoon pepper

  12. 1 Cup apple slices unpeeled -- cored, red cooking

  1. Brown chops, set aside. Place in a slow cooker hafl of onion rings,garlic flakes, sauerkraut, apple juice, apple slices. Cover slowcooker; cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
