  1. 2 cups rolled oats

  2. water or broth

  3. 2 large eggs

  4. 1 cup creamed cottage cheese

  5. 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (raw parsley , raw alfalfa sprouts , raw grated carrots , raw grated zucchini , cooked broccoli , cooked carrots , cooked corn , cooked green beans , cooked peas )

  6. 2 tablespoons Healthy Powder (recipe follows)

  7. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  8. 2 teaspoons bonemeal OR 3/4 teaspoon eggshell powder OR 1,400 milligrams calcium

  9. 50 to 100 I. U. Vitamin E

  10. garlic or onion

  11. For Healthy Powder:

  12. 2 cups nutritional yeast or brewer's yeast

  13. 1 cup lecithin granules

  14. 1/4 cup kelp powder

  15. 1/4 cup bonemeal or 5 teaspoons eggshell powder or 9000 milligrams calcium

  16. 1/4 teaspoon sodium ascorbate powder OR 1,000 milligrams vitamin C

  17. 1 to 4 teaspoon unsalted garlic powder

  1. First make the Healthy Powder:

  2. Mix all ingredients in a 1 quart container that has a lid.

  3. Cover and refrigerate.

  4. This can be added to any dog or cat food as follows:

  5. 1-2 teaspoons per day for a cat or small dog;

  6. 2-3 teaspoons per day for medium dogs;

  7. 1-2 tablespoons per day for large dogs.

  8. Now the Food:

  9. Put the oats in a saucepan and cover twice as deep with water or broth.

  10. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and let sit about 10 minutes.

  11. When the oats are soft, but still hot, mix in the eggs.

  12. After it coagulates, add remaining ingredients and serve warm.

  13. Immediately refrigerate leftovers, tightly sealed.

  14. Feeding Regimen:

  15. Small dog (15 lbs or less) Recipe makes 3-10 day's supply.

  16. Medium (20 to 40 lbs) Recipe makes 1-2 day's supply.

  17. Large (50 lb and up) Multiply recipe 3-5 times to make 2 day's supply
