  1. **Here's what you need:

  2. 1 box of cake mix (your choice of flavor)

  3. 1 1/4 cup strong coffee ( with irish cream , Amaretto , vanilla etc. flavoring)

  4. 1/3 cup of cooking oil

  5. 3 eggs

  6. 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar

  7. 1/2 cup flour

  8. 3 Tablespoons of margarine , melted

  9. 2 teaspoons of cinnamon

  10. Cupcake wrappers and pan

  11. **Filling:

  12. 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese

  13. 1 egg

  14. 1/3 cup of granulated sugar

  15. One 6oz. package of milk chocolate chips

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F Mix cake mix with brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.

  2. Add eggs, cooled coffee, and oil.

  3. Mix well with an electric beater, then, on high, beat for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Spoon 2 heaping tablespoons of batter in each wrapper and follow with a teaspoon of the filling**:

  5. For the Filling, with an electric beater, combine cream cheese, egg and sugar together until thoroughly blended, then, mixing by hand, add chocolate chips.

  6. Bake 20-30 minutes.

  7. No need to ice due to filling.

  8. Serve with a nice cup of Coffee and start wrapping those Holiday Gifts!
