  1. Potatos 250 gm

  2. Maida 30 gm

  3. Rice flour 30 gm

  4. Oil 250 ml

  5. Grind together:

  6. Fennel 3 gm

  7. Garlic flakes 6

  8. Ginger 5 gm

  9. Red chillies 8 no

  10. chana dal (Roasted /gram) 25 gm

  11. Salt as required

  1. Select even size potatoes and pressure cook with skin.Peel and slice potatoes into thin rounds.

  2. Mix maida and rice flour to ground masala paste.

  3. Apply this to potato slices and allow to marinate for 1/2 an hour.

  4. Deep fry on a hot tawa till crisp and brown color in slow flame.
