  1. 4 medium baking potatoes , baked

  2. 170.09 g can tuna , drained

  3. 29 1/28 ml onions , minced

  4. 236 1/29 ml cheddar cheese , shredded

  5. 29 1/28 ml butter

  6. 1 1/53 ml salt

  7. 59.14 ml milk

  1. Bake potatoes and then cut each in half lengthwise.

  2. Scoop out the inside of the potatoes keeping the skins in tact.

  3. In a separate bowl, mash the potato insides with milk and butter. Feel free to adjust the milk and butter to your liking.

  4. Add tuna, salt, onions and cheese to the potato mixture and mix well.

  5. Pile into the potato skins and add extra cheese on top if you'd like.

  6. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until warmed through.
