  5. 5 1/3 oinion and 1 garlic

  6. 6.1 red capsicam and 1 green.

  7. 7.100g sherded almond

  8. 8.100g wallnut

  9. 90 10g saffron , red pepper , turmeric,

  10. 5cardamom

  11. 10 1/500g d ried pulm

  12. 11.light olive oil

  13. 12.some celery parcely and 13.salt

  14. You can make it without all what i'v put but it's very essentiol in my dish.and you can have the amount with very healthy meal if you cooket well mean,, if you dont make mistake folowing the method please..

  1. now i know you became hungrey with unfamilair meal perhaps!!

  2. Wash the fish and make it clean and nice 1.heat a larg deep pan and put the oil and put the fish one ,two,three or depend homnay as i make as predate.

  3. half cook untill became light brown then take them away to clean plate.

  4. cooking rice is easy as everyone know but not quite!! wash the rice very then put in larg jar or small as i said depend for howmany people , then coverd the rice with warm water and put salt and two clove of CARDAMOM some veget flavour if you like . leave it untill becam half cook then purify from the water and wait...dont leave the water that you cooked the rice in but put it in the smal jar because we might need it and course you will need it .

  5. put the large jar ,heat it and fry oil and almond ,walnut,dried pulm,carrot and keep remove them untill became soft put the oinion and garlic ,red capsicam and green after cut them smal peace of course as wel as carrot,then put hot spice and tumirec and put the fish gently leave it for 10 minutes then put the yourgot for another10 minute and put the rice to cover the all staff that we arledy cooket and put the sufron and coverd with a water that been used for rice water and other cloves of cardamom or as it larg or smal. leave it untill coked all over quite heat . try to prepare some parcely very soft and peciec of lemon and and as you like to have small dish of salad.Then prepare a larg tray to serve the meal and when it all cooked try to put all in the tray by a particuler way you have to make the rice under all staff vegand fish so the fish will be on the top of your plate and enjoy.(belhana)mean bon appetit
