  4. 350 ml Marinade

  5. Chicken Bouillon Powder

  6. 1 tsp Corn starch

  7. 1 tsp Cooking Wine

  8. 1 tsp Premium Soy Sauce

  9. 2 tsp Sugar

  10. 1/2 tsp Salt

  11. 1/2 tsp Sauce Mix

  12. Pure Sesame Oil

  13. 1 tsp Premium Dark Soy Sauce

  14. 1 tbsp Premium Soy Sauce

  15. 1 tbsp

  1. Mix spare ribs, Chinese mushrooms and green onions with marinade.

  2. Rinse rice and drain. Add water and cook in an earthenware hot pot until rice is almost done.

  3. Arrange spare ribs, mushrooms and green onions on rice and cook until done. Pour over with sauce mix before serving.

  4. Note: The water amount is for reference. Adjust the amount to your personal taste.
