  1. 1 lb. crab meat (canned crab meat can be substituted)

  2. 1 egg

  3. 1 slice bread (crumbled)

  4. 1 tbsp. mayonnaise

  5. 1 tbsp. mustard

  6. 1 tsp. baking powder

  7. 1 tbsp. milk

  8. 1/2 tsp. parsley

  9. 1 tbsp. old bay seasoning

  10. 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  1. Crumble bread in crab meat, beat egg, mustard, mayonnaise and milk. Add baking powder and seasoning.

  2. Beat. Add to crab meat, mix well and make into cakes.

  3. Fry in butter until golden brown. Can be served with cocktail sauce.
