  3. Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon

  4. Sugar 1 Tablespoon

  5. Dry shrimps 1 Tablespoon

  6. Chilli 1

  7. Lime leaves 3

  8. Thai red curry paste 1 Tablespoon

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Directions Take a wok and add 1 tbsp of oil. Add red curry paste. Stir till cooked. Add the dry shrimps, fish sauce and sugar. Stir for 10 seconds. Add the pork. Cook for 2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of water. Stir. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir for 1 minute. Serve.
