  1. clean wash and dry the fish. marinate it with the above ingredient and set a side for one hourthen dust it with the flour on both the sideheat 2 tbs oil on a pan grill and place the fish over it and grill on both side until golden brown for 8-10 minand set a sideheat olive oil in a pan add onion, garlic and fry for 1 min add sugar and tomatoes and paprika and salt fry for further one min pour water and cook for 5 minadd celery,parsley,fennel leaves and mix well add lemon juice and pepper powder take off the fire and pour over the grilled fish
