  9. cup 1 coriander powder

  10. tsp 1 cumin powder

  11. tsp 1 fennel seed powder

  12. tsp 1 FOR COCONUT SAUCE

  13. 0 fried onion paste

  14. cup 1 king fish steak

  15. grams 250 lemon juice

  16. tbsp 1 oil

  17. tbsp 2 oil

  18. tbsp 1 raw onion paste

  19. cup 1 salt

  20. 0 to taste turmeric

  21. tsp 1/2

  1. Marinate fish with cumin powder, chilli powder,salt,lemon juice,turmeric,oil and keep it aside for some time.

  2. Then place the fish on non stick tawa till it cooked.

  3. Make a sauce heat oil add garlic ,chopped onion,chopped green chilli saute for sometime then add cumin powder ,coriander powder,fennel seed powder,dry ginger powder, hing and mix all spices and add some water just make it like a paste .

  4. Add this paste, onion paste into the pan and cook it for 2 min.

  5. Then add coconut milk, grated coconut,fried onion paste leave it till the oil comes out before removing from range sprinkle some coriander ,spring onion on top.

  6. take the grilled fish in to the plate and pour the coconut sauce on top and serve it with rice or roti.
