  6. Soda Powder a pinch

  7. Yeast a pinch

  8. Thick Coconut milk 1/2 cup(as required to make dough to ur consistency)

  9. Preparation of Appam

  10. for Vegetable Stew

  11. Carrot chopped 1/2 cup

  12. Beans chopped 1/2 cup

  13. Potato chopped 1/2 cup.

  14. Coconut milk thick 1/2 cup

  15. Second milk of cocnut 1/2 cup

  16. Cardamom crushed 3

  17. Pepper corns 5

  18. Green chilli slit 3

  19. Salt to taste.

  20. Mustart seed 1 tsp

  21. oil 1 tsp

  22. curry leaves a few

  23. Preparation of Vegetable Stew

  24. Pressure cook vegetable in second milk of coconut with salt and potato.Keep it aside.

  25. Heat a kadai and pour oil .

  26. Season mustard seeds with curry leaves and then saute cardamom.

  27. To the cooked vegetable and boil for 5 mins till it becomes thick.

  28. Ad the thick coconut milk and bring to boil and remove from fire.

  29. Serve with appam.
