  1. Basmati rice - 2 cup

  5. Curd( Over fermented) - 1/2 cup

  6. Lemon juice - 2 tsp

  7. Chilli powder - 1 tsp

  8. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

  9. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

  10. Mint leaves 1/4 cup

  11. coriander leaves -1/4cup

  12. Salt - to taste

  13. Carrot - 1

  14. Potato - 1

  15. Green peas -1/4 cup

  16. Butter - 50g

  17. Cashew (paste) - 1 tsp

  18. To season:

  19. Cinnamon - 2

  20. Cloves - 3

  21. Cardamom - 4

  22. Oil - 2 tsp

  1. Wash and soak rice.

  2. Dice the vegetables, slit the green chillies and chop mint and coriander leaves.

  3. Heat oil in the cooker, add cinnamon cloves, sliced onion and ginger garlic paste.

  4. When it is translucent add the butter, vegetables, chopped greens and green chilli.

  5. Sauté well.

  6. To the mixture add curd and cashew nut paste and cook till oil separates.

  7. Simultaneously In a vessel boil water; add rice, let it cook half and strain it thoroughly.

  8. To the boiling mixture add the ½ cooked rice and slightly press the mixture.
