  9. 1 - cinnamon (stick)

  10. 1 bay leaf,

  11. 3 cardamom

  12. 1 cloves.

  13. 1/2tsp of Fennel seeds,

  14. 1/2tsp poppy seeds.

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil or sesame oil, when the oil hot enough, add the spices and wait until they crack, the cinnamon stick and cardamom pods expands.
