  1. 4 sweet potato es (2 lb.)

  2. 1 pkg. (11 1/2 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Sweet & Spicy Seasoned Pulled Pork

  3. 1/2 cup KRAFT or THICK 'N SPICY Original Barbecue Sauce

  4. 6 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream

  5. 1 green onion , chopped

  1. HEAT oven to 425ºF.

  2. PRICK potatoes with fork; place on rimmed baking sheet.

  3. BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until tender.

  4. COOK meat and barbecue sauce in saucepan on medium heat 6 to 8 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

  5. SPLIT potatoes. Serve topped with meat mixture, sour cream and onions.
