  1. 2 containers(32oz ea) chicken broth

  2. 1c shredded carrots

  3. 1 small red pepper ,seeded and sliced

  4. 4 med. cloves garlic ,peeled and sliced

  5. 1" piece fresh gingerroot ,peeled

  6. 8 frozen pork ans cabbage dumplings(or whatever flavor you want)

  7. 1c spinach leaves

  1. In large sauce pot bring all ingredients except dumplings and spinach to a boil.Reduce heat to med-high and simmer 3 mins.

  2. Using slotted spoon, remove garlic slices and gingerroot from the pot;discard. Add frozen stuffed dumplings to pot.Let simmer 5 mins or till cooked through.

  3. Stir in spinach leaves. Season with salt and pepper if desired
