  1. 1 tablespoon 2 cloves garlic or 1/2 teaspoon minced 3 chillies, chopped finely, or 2 teaspoons minced 1 tablespoon seasoning or light soy

  2. 1 tablespoon oyster

  3. 2 teaspoons 60 g diced 2 leaves bok choy, roughly

  4. 2 stalks choy sum or 2 leaves silver beet, roughly

  5. 1 carrot, diced Jasmine

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan until it is extremely hot. Add garlic, carrot and chillies frying until garlic turns light brown.

  2. Add pork and sprinkle over sugar. Cook through then add seasoning, soy sauce and oyster sauce.

  3. Add bok choy and choy sum, cover and cook until leaves have just wilted.

  4. Stir through pork and sauces and serve with jasmine rice.
