  1. 0 1/2 0 1/2 lb extra lean ground beef (5% fat)

  2. 0 1/2 cup Wheat, bulgur, cooked

  3. 1 each fresh green onions

  4. 1 each egg whites

  5. 0 1/2 tsp dried basil

  6. 0 1/2 tsp dried marjoram

  7. 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  8. 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  9. 20 each stuffed green olives

  1. In small bowl, thoroughly mix beef, bulgur, onion, egg white, basil, marjoram, parsley, and tomato sauce.

  2. Flatten 1 tablespoon meat mixture into patty.

  3. Place one olive in middle of meat patty and pinch meat around olive to form meatball. Repeat with remaining meat and olives.

  4. Warm nonstick pan over medium heat, cook meatballs uncovered, turning occasionally to brown all sides.

  5. Cover and continue to cook until done, about 5 minutes.
