  1. 1 boneless chuck roast (2 - 2-1/2 lbs)

  2. 2 tsp onion powder

  3. 3 T butter or margarine

  4. 1 8oz can tomato sauce

  5. 2 tsp sugar

  6. 1 tsp paprika

  7. 2 tsp Worstershire Sauce

  8. 1 tsp dill weed

  9. 1/2 tsp pepper

  10. 1/8 tsp garlic powder

  11. 8 oz sour cream

  12. 1 Pkg noodles , any type

  1. Cut Chuck Roast into 1 inch cubes.

  2. In large deep pan, cook beef and onion powder in butter, until meat is browned.

  3. Meanwhile, mix together the next 9 ingredients. (everything except the sour cream)

  4. Add mixture to browned beef Bring to a boil Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 2 hours Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

  5. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
