  1. 1 Tablespoon Dried Minced onion

  2. 2 teaspoons salt

  3. 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  4. 2 teaspoons Dried oregano

  5. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary ,crushed

  6. 1 teaspoon caraway seeds

  7. 1 teaspoon dried marjoram

  8. 1 teaspoon celery Seed

  9. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  10. 1 boneless chuck roast (3 to 4 Pounds) Halved

  11. kaiser rolls or a good sourdough sandwich roll.

  1. Combine seasoning.

  2. Rub over roast.

  3. Place in a slow cooker.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours,or until meat is tender.

  5. Shred with a fork,serve on rolls.

  6. Note: No liquid is added to the slow cooker,the moisture comes from the roast.
