  1. 2 pounds ground beef , cooked

  2. 1 29 ounce can tomato sauce

  3. 1 29 ounce can kidney beans w/liquid

  4. 1 29 ounce can pinto beans w/liquid

  5. 1 medium onion , diced

  6. 2 green chilis , diced

  7. 1 rib celery , diced

  8. 3 medium tomatos, chopped

  9. 2 t. cumin powder

  10. 3 T chili powder

  11. 1 1/2 t. black pepper

  12. 2 t. salt

  13. 2 cups water

  1. Crumble the cooked beef into pea sized pieces. In a large pot, combine the beef plus the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer over low heat. Cook stirring every 15 minutes for 2-3 hours.
