  1. 500g minced beef

  2. 500g minced pork

  3. 1 brown onion finely chopped

  4. savoy cabbage finely shredded

  5. 1 finely chopped carrot

  6. 1 stick of celery finely chopped

  7. 1 red chilli finely chopped

  8. 1 green chilli finely chopped

  9. salt

  10. pepper

  11. 2 tbsp paprika

  12. 2 tbsp ground ginger

  13. 1 pack dim sim skins

  1. Combine all ingredients (except dim sim skin) in a large bowl and massage together.

  2. Take a heaped tablespoon of mixture and wrap with the dim sim skin, sealing with a little water.

  3. Either deep fry at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, or steam for 5 minutes serve with sweet chilli and soy sauce for dipping.
