  1. 1 Tbsp. oil

  2. 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

  3. 2 cups water

  4. 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce , divided

  5. 1 cup frozen or canned whole kernel corn , drained

  6. 2 cups instant rice , uncooked

  1. HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

  2. ADD water, 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce and corn to skillet. Bring to boil.

  3. STIR in rice. Top with chicken; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes. Top chicken with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
