  3. 100 g mixed salad leaves

  9. 150 g unsalted butter softened

  10. 1 1/2 tbs fresh rosemary very finely chopped

  11. 1 tsp french mustard

  12. 2 x tomatoes

  13. tsp thyme finely chopped

  14. tsp parsley finely chopped

  15. Pinch sea salt and cracked pepper

  16. 2x large red onions

  17. 150 g butter

  18. White wine

  19. 1 tbs crushed garlic

  20. 1 tsp dijon mustard

  21. 2 egg yolks

  22. 200mls canola oil

  23. 80 g goat's cheese

  24. 1 tbs chardonnay vinegar

  25. 350g lamb mince

  26. 150g lamb sausage mince

  27. cup red onion diced

  28. cup bread crumbs

  29. cup grated parmesan

  30. 1 egg

  31. Sea salt and cracked pepper

  1. Rosemary butter Combine all ingredients. This butter will keep in the butter for a week and in the freezer for a month. This would also be brilliant served with a steak or melted over new potatoes.
