  1. For Pizza Base:

  2. (warm) milk - 1/2 cup

  3. salt - 1/2tsp

  4. sugar - 1tsp

  5. (rapid rise) yeast - 1/2tsp

  6. maida - 1 cup

  7. garlic powder - 1/4tsp

  8. olive oil (or any oil) - 3tsp

  9. For Pizza Sauce:

  10. olive oil - 3tsp

  11. garlic flake (chopped) - 1

  12. green chilies - 1tsp

  13. salt as per taste

  14. sugar - 1/2tsp

  15. basial - 1/4tsp

  16. italian seasoning - 1/2tsp

  17. oregano - 1/4tsp

  18. fennel powder - 1/2tsp

  19. tomatoes - 3

  20. Topping:

  21. (chopped) onion 2tbsp

  22. (chopped) bell pepper 2tbsp

  23. (chopped) pineapple 2tbsp

  24. cheese - 3/4 cup (as required)

  1. first take the warm milk in a glass

  2. put yeast, sugar and salt in it

  3. mix altogether well to blend the yeast with the milk

  4. now put the milk mixture on a pre heated oven at 180 degree

  5. farenhite for about 10 minutes

  6. after 10 minutes take the maida in a big bowl

  7. put the garlic powder

  8. pour the yeast mixture and mix altogether very well

  9. kned it for about 5 minutes

  10. add few drops of olive oil and mix well

  11. make a very smooth dough

  12. now cover the bowl of the dough and place it in a warm place

  13. (oven) for 1 hour

  14. the dough will become double of its volume

  15. now start to make the pizza sauce

  16. in a deep pan heating up the olive oil (3tsp)

  17. when the oil is hot add the chopped garlic

  18. saute it for 30 seconds and then add the green chilies

  19. keep on stirring and cook for another 30 seconds

  20. now add the chopped bell pepper and tomatoes

  21. put pinch of salt and mix altogether well

  22. cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes

  23. after 5 minutes put the italian seasoning

  24. put oregano and besil and mix well

  25. now add salt,sugar and fennel seed powder and mix them well

  26. turn off the heat and let the sauce to cool for

  27. when it cool down blend it to a smooth paste

  28. now start the pizza base with the doubled volume dough

  29. sprinke some maida flour on the flat board

  30. roll the dough to a 10 inch diameter round shape

  31. preheat the oven in 450 degree farenhite

  32. now put the pizza dough (base) in a cake pan (grease the pan with

  33. few drops of olive oil)

  34. bake it for about 10 minutes

  35. apply little bit of olive oil with a brush on the pizza base

  36. now put home made pizza sauce on the pizza base as much you like

  37. spread the sauce over the pizza base

  38. sprinkle chopped bell pepper, and pineapple on the sauce

  39. sprinkle some finely chopped onions

  40. put lots of mozerella cheese over it

  41. garnish it with some tomato slices

  42. sprinkle little bit of italian seasoning

  43. now bake it for another 10 minutes

  44. the cheese will melted down and become bubling

  45. home made pizza is ready to be served hot
