  2. 3 cups beef broth

  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  4. 3 to 4 tablespoons Italian salad dressing

  1. Place roast in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and enough water tocover beef. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours, or until beef is very tender. Shred beef, serve on split sandwich buns or garlicbread.
