  1. 4 x 200g sirloin steak

  2. olive oil

  3. salt and pepper

  4. 500g kipfler potatoes, washed

  5. 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed

  6. 4 flat mushrooms

  7. cooking spray

  8. Garlic mustard butter

  9. 1 garlic clove, crushed

  10. 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard

  11. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  12. 100g salted butter, softened

  1. Combine garlic, mustard, parsley and stir into softened butter; set aside.

  2. Heat a char-grill pan over medium high heat. Brush oil over steaks and season well with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook 1-2 minutes each side for medium rare, or cook to your liking. Remove and set aside to rest in a warm place, covered loosely with foil.

  4. Meanwhile, cook potatoes in the microwave on High (850 watts) 7-8 minutes. Remove and cool slightly before slicing in half lengthways. Spray with cooking spray. Cook on char-grill, turning frequently, for 1-2 minutes or until golden. Remove and set aside with steak.

  5. Spray asparagus and mushrooms with cooking spray and cook on char-grill for 5 minutes or until mushroom has softened and asparagus is cooked. Season vegetables with salt and pepper.

  6. Serve steak with char-grilled vegetables and a dollop of garlic mustard butter.
