  1. 2 Cup(s) Mashed potatoes

  2. 2 Tablespoon(s) Butter

  3. 2 Large Eggs, separated

  4. 1 Cup(s) Warm Milk

  5. 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt

  6. 1 Cup(s) Parmesan cheese or grated cheddar

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cook and mash potatoes.

  3. Add butter to the potatoes and mix until creamy.

  4. Beat egg whites in a separate bowl.

  5. Beat eggs yolks in a separate bowl.

  6. Add warm milk to potatoes.

  7. Then add egg yolks, mix.

  8. Fold in egg whites.

  9. Put into individual dishes and sprinkle with cheese.

  10. Bake 30 minutes until lightly browned.

  11. Serve immediately.
