  8. Red chilli powder to taste

  9. Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon

  10. Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoon

  11. Milk 1 Tablespoon

  12. Cashew nuts 15

  13. 1/2 tsp kasuri methi

  14. Ghee 1 Tablespoon

  15. Frozen green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)

  16. Paneer 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) , cubed

  1. Directions Add ghee in a pan Add onion and ginger, cook till golden brown Add coriander, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon powder and garam masala Now add pureed tomatoes and cook till ghee separates Add milk and cashew paste Next add little water and milk, peas and cheese and kasuri methi Cook for 15 min and matar paneer is ready to eat.

  2. Garnish with coriander leaves
