Black Cat Cupcakes Halloween Recipe

Bake cupcakes as directed on cake mix package. Remove cupcakes from pan and let cool completely.

Spread frosting over the tops of the cupcakes.

Place two cookie quarters into the cupcake to make ears.

Make eyes using the yellow jelly beans and make nose with black jelly bean.

Cut licorice pieces into three and then half them. Add three halves of the licorice pieces to each side of the nose to make whiskers.
