  1. 4 1/2 lbs boneless pork butt or 4 1/2 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed

  2. 1 cup fresh parsley , chopped

  3. 1/4 cup fennel seed

  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  5. 2 teaspoons fresh coarse ground black pepper

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  7. 8 -10 chopped garlic cloves

  8. Worcestershire sauce

  1. Place pork in slow cooker.

  2. I use a 6 quart for this.

  3. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

  4. Stab pork all over with a fork or knife.

  5. Then rub seasonings all over the pork.

  6. turn slow cooker on low and cook for 8-10 hours.
