  1. Cilantro 1 Tablespoon

  2. Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm)

  3. Thai chili 8

  4. Black pepper 1 Teaspoon

  6. Boneless and skinless chicken 150 Gram (cut into thin pieces)

  7. White onion 12 , sliced

  8. Oyster sauce 3 Teaspoon

  9. Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon

  10. Thai sweet basil 10 Gram (6-7 leaves)

  11. Red bell pepper 1 , sliced

  12. Cooked spaghetti 200 Gram

  13. Salt To Taste

  14. Water 14 Cup (4 tbs)

  15. Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon

  1. Directions MAKING 1. In a mortar, put cilantro, garlic, Thai chili and black peppercorns and crush with the pestle.

  2. In a frying pan, heat cooking oil. Add the chicken, onion, Thai chili sauce, oyster sauce and black soy sauce. Stir well.

  3. Tip in the cooked spaghetti and pour the water. Add bell peppers and salt. Mix well and cook for few minutes.

  4. Turn off the heat and mix the Thai sweet basil.

  5. SERVING 5. Serve this Thai Spicy Spaghetti hot.
