  11. 400g tinned chopped tomatoes

  12. 4 boneless chicken breasts (approx 150g each), cubed

  13. 10 dried curry leaves

  14. 4-6 tbsp natural yoghurt

  15. Handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped

  16. For the steamed rice

  17. 400g basmati rice, rinsed

  18. 600ml cold water

  19. Salt and pepper

  20. 3 cardamom pods, lightly crushed

  21. 2 star anise
