  1. 6 small sized flour tortillas

  2. 12 eggs

  3. 1/1 cup(s) cheddar cheese

  4. 1/4 pound(s) breakfast sausage , cooked and crumbled

  5. 1/4 pound(s) bacon , cooked and chopped into bite-size pieces

  6. 1/4 cup(s) giardiniera

  1. Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients, except tortillas. Scramble until eggs are cooked and cheese is melted. Meanwhile heat tortillas on a flat pan sprayed with cooking spray. Flip the tortillas once. Place a portion of the egg mixture on each tortilla; fold and serve.
