  1. 1 tablespoon coriander seeds

  2. 50ml soy sauce

  3. 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  4. 1 teaspoon sugar

  5. 4 pork chops

  1. Mix together the coriander seeds, soy sauce, garlic and sugar. Put the chops on a plate and spoon the coriander mixture over them. Leave for 30 minutes, turning once. Reserve the marinade.

  2. Grill the chops for 2 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat and grill for a further 8 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with the marinade, or until the pork is cooked through and tender.
