  1. 2 lb Medium shrimp

  2. 2 tb Worcestershire sauce

  3. 3 tb Prepared horseradish

  4. 1/4 c Lemon juice

  5. 3/4 c Chili sauce

  6. ZIPPY COCKTAIL SAUCE -- Vegetable oil

  7. 1 Egg; beaten

  8. 1 tb Vegetable oil

  9. 2 tb Lemon juice

  10. 3/4 c Water

  11. 1/2 ts Salt

  12. 1 1/2 ts Baking powder

  13. 1 c All-purpose flour

  14. 1/4 ts Hot sauce

  1. Peel and devein shrimp.

  2. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl; make a well in center.

  3. Combine water, lemon juice, 1 tb oil, and egg; add to dry ingredients, and stir until batter is smooth.

  4. Dip shrimp in batter, and fry in hot oil 375 degrees until browned.

  5. Serve with Zippy Cockttail Sauce.

  6. Sauce: Combine all ingredients, stirring until smooth.

  7. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

  8. Yeild: 1 cup.
