  1. 1 cup apple juice

  2. 1/2 cup soy sauce

  3. 2 tbsp. sesame oil

  4. 1/3 cup sugar

  5. 2 tbsp. minced garlic

  6. 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

  7. 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, lightly toasted

  8. 1 1/2 tsp. pepper

  9. 906 g boneless rib eye steak, pounded

  10. 1/4 inch thick

  1. Whisk together the apple juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, green onions, sesame seeds and pepper in a large baking dish. Add the steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate the steak at least 4 hours.

  2. Prepare the grill. Remove the steak from the marinade and place on a grill rack. Grill the steak about 1 minute per side or to desired doneness. Serve the steak immediately.
