  1. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Margarine

  2. 3 1/2 tablespoons 52ml Cocoa

  3. 1/3 cup 78ml Milk

  4. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Powdered sugar

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Nuts

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Butter flavoring -

  1. Bring margarine, cocoa and milk to a boil. Be careful not to scorch.

  2. Remove from heat and add sugar nuts vanilla and butter flavoring.

  3. Spread gently over cake as soon as it is removed from the oven.
