  1. 1/2 pound beef ground, crumbled

  2. 1 cup green beans frozen, cut 1 medium onion

  3. 1 1/2 cups spaghetti broken, uncooked

  4. 1 each garlic clove minced

  5. 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

  6. 4 cups beef stock prefer veal stock if possible

  7. 3/4 teaspoon salt

  8. 1 teaspoon olive oil

  9. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  10. 1 each mushrooms sliced

  11. 1 each bay leaf

  12. 1 can tomato sauce

  13. 1/2 teaspoon oregano*

  1. In large casserole combine ground beef, onion, garlic, and oil.

  2. Microwave at high until meat is no longer pink, stirring once during cooking.

  3. Drain.

  4. Add remaining ingredients.

  5. Cover.

  6. Microwave at high till spaghetti is done (around 20 to 25 minutes).

  7. Stir occasionally.
