  1. 8 oz 227g Cream cheese

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Parsley

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chives

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Marjoram leaves

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Thyme leaves

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Black pepper

  7. 2 Garlic powder

  8. 4 tablespoons 60ml Butter

  1. Crumble herbs with fingers in small bowl until fine. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours.

  2. Use with crackers or spread on bread for a veggie sandwich with tomatoes, cukes, mushrooms and sprouts--DELICIOUS..
