  1. 1/2 cup Soy sauce

  2. cup Bourbon

  3. 1 clove Garlic,pressed or minced

  4. teaspoon Grated ginger

  5. cup Water

  6. 1 1/2" thick steaks

  1. Combine everything in a shallow dish.Marinate the steaks for at least two hours.(I like to tenderize them first.) Grill over a charcoal fire.Best when served with a foil baked potato fresh from the coals.Makes 1 serving.
