  4. 1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard

  5. 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt

  6. 1 pint(s) whole milk

  7. 1/2 cup(s) heavy cream

  8. 1 egg

  9. 1 tablespoon(s) cream sherry

  10. 1/4 pound(s) butter

  1. Melt butter: add dry ingredients. Add milk: cook to cream consistency. Turn off heat, add cream and slightly beaten egg stirring slowly. Add sherry. Saute seafood in butter 3 Tbs. Add to hot mixture Let stand uncovered over low heat for one hour. Serve on toast points or toasted English muffins.
